Return window: 30 days from delivery.

Condition: Unopened products only, unless defective.

Process: Email hello@honeysdogtreats.com with your order number.

Refund timeline: Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged packaging: If your order arrives with any damage to the outer packaging, please photograph it before opening and reach out. We'll sort it out quickly.
