Refund policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

Because HoneyOnDuty Provisions are consumable pet products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items for health and safety reasons.

 

Unopened Items: If you receive an unopened, undamaged product and wish to return it, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at honeyondutysd@gmail.com. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the product or issue a full refund at our discretion.

 

Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately and we will arrange for the correct product to be sent at no additional cost.

 

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
